Welcome to Aiming High Homeschool Co-op!

We are blessed that your family will be joining us! We pray this will be a great chapter in your homeschooling journey, providing not only education for your children but also community and growth in your faith as well. Please read the homepage links thoroughly. The "Get to Know Us" and "FAQs" section will answer most of your questions. 

2024-2025 Family Registration Fee:

  • Returning families, please update your family information with required changes including your child's grade for 24-25
  • Pay registration fees; be sure to check the box for additional registrants over 5 persons (Mom, plus 5 children will be $235 for a returning member)
  • Additional fees: Depends on materials required for the class, such as the Culinary class to cover cooking supplies for each student
  • Family registration and class fees are nonrefundable. Payment is due by 4/30/24.
  • NOTE: Class registration will open to all registered families on May 1, 2024 after the registration period has closed.  
  • Once you have finished registering, please return to the main page and Click "Parent Links" --> "Snack Sign Up" or click the following link --> https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0E4EA9AC2BA6F5C61-47816747-snack to sign up for snacks for our Mom Support Group only (not for children). Sign up for two sessions per semester. Your snack should be shareable for about 25 Moms. (Ideas: fruit bowls, chicken salad, crock pot fixings, chips and dip, sweets, etc).

2024-2025 New Family Instructions:

  • Click "Join" in the upper right task bar
  • Create a username and password (write it down!)
  • Fill in information for ALL children attending AHC; Input each child's information such as name, birthdate, grade, allergies. Be sure to click "Add Child" and write the info for each child.
  • Answer questions so we can get to know you. There will be a section to find out if you would like to teach or assist and in what areas/subject. A member of the team will reach out to you to discuss your selections and give follow up for curriculum and/or supplies needed to facilitate the class if you would like to teach. Classes will be narrowed down based on facility accommodations or priority of certain subjects. Please feel free to email the Director at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
  • Click to receive Forum Emails "Immediately" (this is how we will communicate with you!)
  • Finish filling out the form including your God Story, and what areas you are willing to volunteer. The Member Handbook is uploaded here. Please read it in its entirety and read it to your kids. You will need to agree that you understand weekly attendance is mandatory, this is a year-long commitment, you understand and agree to abide by the Handbook and Statement of Faith, and that a background check will be conducted before the first day of co-op. 
  • Read through the Membership Handbook - please read thouroughly and make sure you agree to the policies, expectations and statement of faith.
  • Family Registration fee will automatically be selected
  • Check the box for New Member Join fee (this fee covers all new family website hosting)
  • Additional fees: Depends on materials required for the class, such as the Culinary class to cover cooking supplies for each student, These will be invoiced separately.
  • Family registration and class fees are nonrefundable. Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • NOTE: This phase of registration covers the Family registration. Class registration is separate and will open to all registered families on May 1, 2024 after the Family Registration period is closed. 
  • Once you have finished registering, please return to the main page and Click "Parent Links" --> "Snack Sign Up" to sign up for snacks for our Mom Support Group. Sign up for two sessions per semester. 

How do I pay?

  • Paying is convenient and online. For any registration over 5 members, the additional fees will be invoiced to you by email.
  • Once class registration is open May 1, 2024, any classes requiring supply fees will be invoiced directly as well.
